What happens after I reach my weight loss goal?
Once you hit your goal, we transition you to a maintenance protocol designed to protect your progress long term. That may include a lower maintenance dose, nutrition coaching, metabolic support, or eventually tapering off medication entirely. The goal is lasting results, not a short-term fix.
Are there side effects to medical weight loss medications?
Mild nausea, fatigue, or GI changes are the most common side effects, especially in the first few weeks. These usually ease as your body adjusts.
