About Our Commitment

At Luxe Forté Med Spa, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of safety, technique, and care. Our treatments use medical-grade products and proven technology, performed by licensed providers in accordance with Colorado regulations. Every element of your visit is designed to enhance your well-being and confidence.

Eligibility for Services

• You must be at least 18 years old to receive services, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian and where legally permitted.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk or if contraindications exist.

Appointments & Cancellations

• We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of deposits or a cancellation fee.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and paperwork.

Gift Cards & Promotions

• Gift cards may be redeemed for services or retail products but are not redeemable for cash.
• Promotions, discounts, and special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

SMS & Email Communications

Kingdom Management Co LLC DBA Luxe Forte sends text messages about scheduling appointments, marketing promotions, and patient communication to people who opt in by checking a consent box on one of our forms. Providing your phone number alone does not sign you up for text messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to [text message number to be added]. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@luxefortemedspa.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages at a varying frequency. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Privacy & Confidentiality

• Your personal and medical information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Liability Waiver

By receiving services at Luxe Forté Med Spa, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with cosmetic and wellness treatments, and release Luxe Forté Med Spa, its staff, and affiliates from any liability except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website and will apply immediately upon posting.
