What it is
PRX Derm Perfexion uses 33% TCA combined with hydrogen peroxide and kojic acid. The hydrogen peroxide prevents surface peeling while allowing the TCA to penetrate into the dermis, where it stimulates fibroblast activity and collagen remodeling.
The result is the collagen-boosting effects of a deep peel without the peeling, redness, or extended downtime. It’s applied topically and massaged firmly into the skin - no needles involved. Good for people who want real tightening but can’t afford visible downtime.
We perform PRX Derm Perfexion at our Cherry Creek studio at 36 Steele St, Suite 100, serving guests from across Denver - including nearby Cherry Creek North, Country Club, Congress Park, Belcaro, Hilltop, and Hale, as well as Capitol Hill, Washington Park, and the broader Denver metro. What to expect
Treatment takes 30 to 45 minutes. We apply the PRX-T33 solution in multiple passes, massaging it firmly into the skin. You’ll feel warmth and a frosting sensation as the TCA activates - this is normal and subsides quickly.
Immediately after, your skin looks tighter and brighter. Minimal to no visible peeling. A typical protocol is 4 to 6 weekly sessions for initial correction, then maintenance every 1 to 2 months. Results build cumulatively with each session.
